Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Librairie Bazaar. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped nor delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Estimated delivery times:

- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

- Pickup (if available): Order will be ready within 2-4 business days

- International Shipping: 7-30business days, depending on destination and carrier availability.

Note: We reserve the right to revise the shipping charges shown at checkout after reviewing your order details (e.g., package dimensions, size, weight, destination, or special delivery requirements). If any adjustments are required, we will contact you for approval prior to processing your order.

3. Shipment to remote areas

We do not ship to all provinces and territories in Canada, including remote and rural addresses. Additional delivery time and/or shipping fees may apply for certain regions (e.g., Northern Territories, rural Quebec, etc.).

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking will typically be available within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

Librairie Bazaar is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

6. Damages

Librairie Bazaar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
