Return Policy – Librairie Bazaar
We hope you love every page—but if you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how returns work for books.
1. Return Window
You may return most physical books within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
2. Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return, books must be:
- In resalable condition: Unread, unmarked, with all original dust jackets, inserts, and shrink-wrap (if any).
- Free of damage: No bent pages, creases, stains, water damage, or smells (e.g., smoke, pet).
Books showing wear beyond normal inspection (e.g., dog-eared pages, extensive highlighting) may be refused or assessed a restocking fee.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Digital products (e-books, audiobooks, digital downloads)
- Special orders (out-of-print, remaindered, or pre-order items) once shipped
- Gift cards
4. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at admin@bazaar-library.com within 30 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Title(s) and ISBN(s) of the book(s) you wish to return

Reason for return

We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
Please do not send returns without an RA number; unlabelled packages may be delayed or refused.
5. Return Shipping
- Customer-paid returns: Except for damaged or incorrect shipments, you’re responsible for return postage.
- Defective/damaged/book-error returns: We’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label.
We strongly recommend using a trackable service and insuring your package. Librairie Bazaar is not liable for lost return parcels.
6. Refunds & Restocking Fees
- Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 3–5 business days), we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Standard returns: No restocking fee
Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
If you need a different edition or a replacement copy, please state this when requesting your RA. Exchanges ship once we receive and process your return.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Contact us within 3 days of receipt if your book arrives:
- Damaged (e.g., torn cover, water damage)
- Incorrect (wrong title, wrong edition)
Include photos and your order number. We’ll contact you with further instructions.
